Integrated Fuel Gas Igniter
The Integrated Fuel Gas Igniter is an ignition device applicable for diversified utility boilers, incinerator and etc. Integrating the ignition transformer and flame detector, it eliminates the safety hazards related to externally connected high voltage cables and boasts high rate of successful ignition. It is applicable in petrochemical industries, steel, cement, steam boilers, waste incinerators, glass and industrial boilers.
Work principle
The high voltage between the positive and negative poles breaks down the air and discharges so as to ignite the gas mixture inside the tube of the igniter and establish a stable flame to ignite the main burner. The high voltage transformer and the ionization flame detector are integrated in a flame proof enclosure and a flame-proof junction box is adopted to connect the power supply signal into the igniter and deliver the signal from ionization flame detector.
